Dick Cheney is a man of few words. This is best illustrated by his short apology, delivered through his staff, for having joked about West Virginians’ propensity for incest. Another politician might have made a long drawn out speak attempting to bridge the gap between sister marryin’ people and those who choose to marry outside the family.
If and when Dick Cheney announces his intention to be President, he will be brief and to the point.
