If the people in a few towns in Vermont are picturing Dick Cheney shaking in his boots after their little resolutions to have him arrested received a vote of approval, they are sadly mistaken.
Actually, as I write this, one small division of Haliburton is completing a small job for which they recently received a no bid contract. Everyone in Vermont gets new license plates. Now instead of ‘Green Mountain State’ they actually say ‘Sadly Mistaken’… Yeah, it’s not very catchy, but it was short notice.
